Dear Students & Dear Parents,

My name is Vadym, and I am a chemist and teaching is my passion. I'm truly an easy-going person with many hobbies and interests.

When I was a child, I was always interested in natural sciences, especially chemistry. I did my high school diploma with a focus on chemistry and biology. After that, I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a Master's degree in High Technologies (Applied Physics and nanomaterials).

To complete my second Master's thesis, I attended the École Centrale de Lyon in France, specializing in Nanosciences and Nanotechnology. During my internships, I worked with the team of a Sanofi start-up (France), where I learned a lot about Nanochemistry methods for cancer treatment and Immunotherapy.

In addition, I have gathered a lot of teaching experience since I'm 18:

- Seven years of private tutoring for children and students
- Two years as a chemistry teacher at a private engineering school in Kyiv
- Preparation of major chemistry exams for children during a regional Olympiad in Ukraine
- Providing personal tips and tutoring to other teachers in the field of chemistry didactics
- Preparing individual learning plans in interdisciplinary topics that are very important for modern science and research.

In general, I understand and know how to prepare an engaging lesson.

Although I have already studied a lot, I want to improve my qualifications as a teacher. Therefore, I've started my fourth study for a teaching diploma for secondary schools in Chemistry at the Pädagogische Hochschule Bern (University of Teacher Education of Bern) in Switzerland.

I am looking for motivated students who would like to improve their knowledge in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Math with my tutoring and have a lot of fun while learning.

For perfect and scientific teaching, I also use books and articles in English so that you can learn more deeply.

I like to use YouTube videos, interactive materials, computer applications for Molecular Modeling in Chemistry, and anything else that could be useful in the lesson.

I speak English, German and a little French. Ukrainian and Russian are my mother tongues.
